Class trip information and permission forms cannot be posted on the website. Please contact your child's teacher if you are looking for information about a trip.

    • If you are the parent or guardian of a pre-school child who will be eligible for the 2013/2014 kindergarten class, please complete the form below and return it to the school your child will attend in September. If you have neighbors who do not have children in our schools, but who do have pre-school children eligible for kindergarten in 2013/2014, please bring this notice to their attention. Notice to parents and form
