Notices, Forms, Etc.

The notices, letters, handouts and forms that are sent home to parents and guardians are posted in the Friday Folder (found under Recent News on the home page) which is updated at the end of each week with important notices and information for HMS parents and students. Check there for notices sent home this week and from weeks past.

Athletic Department forms for sports participation may be found under the "Athletics" channel.

Transportation, Health, and Other District Forms are linked from the Middle School website to the District Site under the "Services" channel. When you wish to return to the Middle School website, just choose the 'back' button on your browser.
